Maven Fuller (Jessica Kidd, after Yvonne Todd)

Curator Jessica Kidd pays homage to Yvonne Todd’s ‘Maven Fuller,’ featured in 125 Celebrating Suffrage, Portraits from the Sarjeant Collection, on the anniversary of 125 years of Women’s Suffrage in New Zealand. The new work was created, live, as a public performance at the Sarjeant Gallery, Te Whare o Rehua Whanganui. The work is one of five produced while Artist-in-Residence at Tylee Cottage, Whanganui, September 2018 - February 2019
